Order Fulfillment

General custom prop listings on our site require at least 3 working days to be made. Other highly customized props not listed on our website may require more time and that time period will be discussed with you during concept stage. 

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We use Emirates Post Express for domestic shipping throughout all of the UAE. This service takes a minimum of 2 working days; the first day for pick up and the second day for delivery. It is advisable you plan your purchase to give the courier a minimum of 3 days to deliver your order incase of any shipping errors or delays. 

International Shipping

Shipping rates provided in checkout page are estimates based off of weight, and estimated volumetric weight of prop but are subject to change based on actual packaging dimensions. 

We use Emirates Post Premium service for international shipments worldwide, except for the following countries: 

Iran, North Sudan (Darfur Region), Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Israel, and Crimean part of Ukraine.

Emirates Post Premium is a high tier door to door service within 4 days with end-to-end tracking and customs clearance. Please allow for at least a 8 business days for the package to arrive in your country, as couriers have experienced delays due to COVID-19.
